By creating an account or using Booksyte, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Musician & Organizer Responsibilities

• Artists/Musicians: Agree to provide accurate representations of skills, portfolio details, and arrival times for confirmed gigs.
• Organizers/Venues: Agree to provide safe performance environments, accurate venue details, and honor agreed-upon compensation.

3. Bookings, Escrow & Payments

All gig agreements, custom quotes, and bookings facilitated through Booksyte must adhere to the agreed terms. Cancellations are subject to the platform's cancellation and dispute policies.

4. Account Termination & Erasure

Users may terminate their account at any time using the in-app deletion button or our Web Account Deletion Portal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating community safety standards or engaged in fraudulent activity.
